About Jon Sharp
Jon Sharp has over 30 years’ experience in the F&B and hospitality industry. After graduating from Catering college in 1988, Jon started his F&B career with Scottish & Newcastle brewery (now Heineken UK Ltd) before moving on to Greenall’s brewery as an area manager for Franchised pubs and restaurants. Jon was the first person to complete the Certificate in
Franchise Management, awarded by the British Franchise Association.
Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide, Jon started his own restaurant company before taking the role of Head of F&B for Travelodge Hotels, where he was responsible for overseeing their expansion from 50 to 150 hotel restaurants in just four years. Jon started at Hilton seven years ago as Director of F&B UK, and within one year took on the newly created role of Director Product Management EMEA, where he has been for the last six years.
